After two weeks of shelf design, manufacture, modification, optimization, and the selection, measurement, cutting, and sewing of the covering fabric, we finally implemented the entire homemade projection screen for the first time. Although the cloth still needs to be ironed and the support of the frame needs to be further optimized, we were still very excited when we projected the animation onto it. The overall animation effect exceeded our expectations and went smoother than we expected.
But it has to be mentioned that although the projection effect is very good, for ordinary projectors, the projection distance covering the screen is longer than we expected, which is also a difficulty we have always faced. If in a limited space, fill our super-sized projection screen with projection. This is also an issue that we will focus on and hope to resolve in our discussions with Chris.
