After obtaining the right to use Blue Shed, we went to W7 to measure the estimated placement space of the frame and other equipment in the project, and firstly drew a sketch based on the length, width and height of the frame to facilitate a short talk with Liam in the afternoon.
With the help of a simple sketch I made, we communicated with Liam about the basic structure of the frame we wanted to make, giving him all the necessary information. And in the later sketches, we emailed him the size of the model frame, as well as the design details.
In addition, we consulted with Liam about the production schedule, the required information, sketches, and components, and the cost of the materials involved.
Finally, Liam generously said that a classmate had made a similar project before, involving similar projection materials, and he would help us ask for the details of the materials.
