Our discussion this time is to confirm what we hope and can show at the mid-term review, what we have done, and what we are about to do.
At present, we have completed the preliminary design of the interaction design system. After many tests, the entire submission system is running stably, and the entire interaction effect can be shown to the students and tutors in the mid-term review.
On this basis, we are still animating the entire interaction, including touch feedback effects, touch backgrounds, visual animations, and layering the entire animation into Touchdesigner and debugging the effects.
Also, we still need to record more and higher definition sounds later for the listening experience of our visual audio section.
Due to the tight schedule, we still have a number of items in the discussion and sketch stage. Such as the attention control system based on lighting, the experience design of the cube, and the collaboration of all modules are still in the stage of polishing and design, because they all need to fully fit our narrative process and the “reverse” we want to express process.
Also, I’m still experimenting with wireless control systems to help make our setup on site simpler, more efficient, and safer. Although these are unfamiliar fields, and the results are not necessarily perfect, it is worthwhile to explore and try.
