Jini Projection Tutorial

On Tuesday, we attended Jini’s projection tutorial course booked by Chris last week. This course was one of the practical courses of L5, but we were unable to attend due to the epidemic. We hold the mentality of learning this time, hoping to have a try in the course.

In the course, Jini introduced in detail the meaning of the various parameters of the projector and how to choose the appropriate projector, and preliminarily explained the specifications of the use of the projector.

After the tutorial started, our team quickly tuned up the projector and played many of our previous demos on the projector. Click here to see blog related to these demos!!!

When learning about projection, Jini also suggested that we try the effect of projection on different projection surfaces and varied materials. We tried three pieces of materials and found that the effect of projection on different surfaces is quite different and interesting. More importantly, we found that the main factors affecting the effect are the light transmittance of the material and its surface uniformity. This may generate new inspiration or support for our future projects.
